It's about time, Steven.

There is something wrong with her body. Other than what's obviously wrong with her breasts. It hit me every time I tried to watch RRG. She just doesn't look right.
I mean, even with the obvious breasts and the ridiculous anime babe body in general.

At least in this picture, I think we would expect her waist to be more narrow.

I prefer Rina in any case, but one mocks the Goddess of Victory at their peril.

Is Rina the clumsy redhead? If so I agree with you on her.

I just looked it up and one I'm thinking of is Anya.

Yeah, her proportions look a bit off. I thought the same thing about the various full-length shots of the Yuushibu girls.
Quick 3D comparison. And
another, because Shizuka Nakamura is really cute.

She's shaped like Kate Upton.

To a
first approximation, yes, but after careful analysis of
reference photos, I think the problem is that she's drawn as if her arms are stretched above her head, but her (too narrow) shoulders are slumped forward.

This research needs priority funding!

I...I've been staring longer than I ought to and I'm not seeing anything
wrong with her figure.
One does get the impression that one is not watching
Queens Blade, but that doesn't make the figure
Wrong.
She looks like a human being with a very exuberant dye job.

I think it's whatever's going on behind those cut-offs. Above them, she looks like she should have a fairly generous figure in that region. Below, her legs are drawn so cylindrical and twiggy that I'm not sure she could even have anything to sit on. (If there was a matching shot from behind, would her cheeks even touch each other?)
And her legs are drawn a bit too far apart... imagine the line of her waist continuing down on the left, and imagine the outside line of her thigh continuing up on the left, and notice where they should meet, but won't. With her waist curving in at the top, the outside edges of her thighs can't be where they are.
Real legs get wider after they leave the torso for a short distance, then they narrow towards the knee, unless the person is completely un-toned and anorexic.
Even the much-thinner 2D girls in the cheesecake shots lately have more shape to their thighs than this picture.
(And, per Pixy, was I supposed to be getting paid for this?)

Wait, we're getting paid? I can't wait to file my expense report! I think
this picture is a pretty good match for her pose, and really shows off the shoulder problem.
