It was actually one of those "well written, but so insanely terrible ideas" series. That's not a joke. Both the original Author and the Staff were really trying to executing one of the most terribly ideas for a series ever.
I did get some good laughs out of it.

Watched this one with the ex. Was pretty good for the genre, which I
realize is damning with faint praise. Generous with the fan service too.
At least it was "I like this attractive girl but I don't want to sleep
with my sister" rather than "I want to sleep with this girl even though
she is my sister" humor...

I think they are playing on the old assumption how Japanese clothing obscures the bust size, even when worn over a bra. Ai yori Aoshi played on it too when Aoi stayed overnight at Kaoru's appartment.
