After rejecting YWGM, now Pete is watching it. Or at least he's watching ep 0.

The story on that? It was originally created to be an omake on the first DVD. It was streamed online once but of course someone captured it, and it ended up on the torrents. While it doesn't seem to directly violate canon it isn't part of the story line, so far as I can tell. It's kind of like the Ikki Tousen omakes, except with less nudity and more wash pans.

And it's just about as representative of the rest of the series as the Ikki Tousen omakes, too.

Pete also says:

The master looks really washed and some colors are rather weird (e.g. Yumiko’s skin tone), although it may be a defective broadcast or broadcast capture.

Actually that's a plot point. It gets explained in episode 1. Yumiko's skin color is unusual, as is her hair color and her eye color, all for the same reason.

But there's also the fact that it wasn't broadcast. It was captured from the web.
