Is it him or me?

Stripey sez:

Believe it or not, Hontou ni taihen desu is entering its 5th year of anime blogging and yet to crack its 500th post.

I took a look at my statistics, and this will be post #650 since I started using mee.nu last May 20. So is he slacking or am I obsessive? (Maybe both?)

1 I'm at 750-ish posts since I moved to MuNu in July of 2005.  I think the answer to your question is "both."

2 I just broke 700 entries on my blog tonight, and that took me 7.5 years, so I'm roughly on par with Stripey. I have 14 unposted drafts, and one of those has a list of 18 ideas for posts. I'm definitely a slacker, and thus, by poorly-reasoned extension, so is Stripey. However, this doesn't rule out obsessiveness. I'll have to agree with Wonderduck: "both"

3 I just broke 800 posts today on Atomic Fungus. I started my blogging career on April 3, 2006.

But of course I don't have a life, either. Oh well.

4 A "life"? What is this thing of which you speak?

5 Ani-nouto is at 350 by WP count, although I only have 271 in the backup for some reason. It's about 2 posts a day, give or take. I think it's pretty healthy if you watch enough to have material.

6 Mahou Meido Meganekko is on post #666 (egads!), but about 350-400 of that is actually counting Houblog posts; the numbering got fubared when I ported over all the animé articles.  I registered Bridgebunnies.com in late '06
