I went through the first 6 episodes of Shining Hearts and managed to come up with about 75 candidates for the top rotation, though a lot of those are duplicates or scenes which I won't be able to frame properly.
A while back I downloaded Rinne no Lagrange in order to harvest it, having heard that it had some pretty good images. Initially I turned the subtitles off and went through it without sound, but about halfway through the first episode I got curious, and I started watching it.
With the proviso that all giant mech shows are fundamentally really stupid, I have to say that this one wasn't as bad as it could be. (Damning with faint praise.)
It's the latest show to name its lead character "Madoka". And as of the end of episode 3, it seems like there's a huge switcheroo going on.
As to fan service, Madoka is nicely shapely but not grotesque. There's another girl who has only shown up once so far. She's the third pilot. She gainaxes massively. Unfortunately, she also isn't really that good looking. So I'm not sure there's really going to be much fodder here for the top rotation. I only ended up with 8 grabs out of three episodes, and none of them are really very good.
And I'm also not sure I really care enough to watch the rest of it. I might jump ahead and watch the last episode. Or maybe I won't bother.
This was the other show that Sato was working on for last season, but this one was only 1 cour.
When you really come down to it, it's a moldy plot. How many shows have there been where a teenage girl is drafted into piloting a mech in order to save the world? I'd need a calculator to add them all up, I think.
That said, it was rather fun listening to Madoka singing during the last half of the battle in episode 3.
And it could be worse. At least Madoka and Ran's mechs don't have tits.

I describe Rinne this way: it's an R-rated kids show. Madoka is about the only thing interesting going on for the first 10ish episodes. The series takes "random fan service" to its logical extreme: there's a completely random skinny dipping scene. That's ep 7. I kid you not. It was meant a bit a "group bonding", but it's just so random.
But the fan service is also played really straight, as far as scenes go. Which throws you for another loop. Weird show, really.
I think the only good grabs in ep 12 would be at the very, very, very end. They give us an explanation for what's actually the main storyline, with two characters in bathing suits. Have I mentioned it's an odd series?
The follow up run doesn't interesting me too much, but I still might follow it. I really am looking forward to Dog Days 2. I've come to really like that series.

And it's got dancing chibis, too.
This, presumably, is the eventual harem. Upper left corner is the flat-chested tsundere childhood friend. Upper middle is Himari, the cat spirit bodyguard. Upper right corner seems to be a water spirit of some kind. Lower left is a rich bitch witch; she hasn't been introduced yet. Lower right is her dojikko maid.
No one is going to accuse this show of being top bracket. But it has the kind of cheesecake I want for the top rotation.
