Every season it seems like there's one show that should be charming and interesting which gets utterly ignored by my favorite frame-grab blogs.

I wonder if anyone is going to post about Macademy Wasshoi this year? The show premieres today (i.e. yesterday, 18 hour time difference between Tokyo and here) so raws should be around by tomorrow.

I have a sinking feeling that no one will cover it, leaving me aching in my heart for information about the synthetic redhead. (Well, Aroduc promised at least to look at one episode. We'll see how it goes from there.)

Seems like the fan favorite so far is "A Certain Magical Index". TJ says "show of the season". Sixten says "7 lolis aren't too many" (and gives us fanart). Aroduc says "I’m pretty pleased with the first episode". Totali says "Talk about an excellent start to a series." Impz says, "I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this."

Apparently it's the same team that did Shana, but maybe they'll concentrate on the action and magic this time, and leave out the romangst. (Though there are already hints of a love triangle, alas.)

UPDATE: Aroduc comes through for me. And he liked it.
