J has been messing around with the character designer for Champions Online, and posts pictures of some of his creations. Seems he got infected by Shamus. But what's Ubu's excuse?
Oh, dear; am I missing out again?
UPDATE: Ubu and Dr. Heinous have posted pictures of some of their character designs.

1. I already did that a year ago on City of Heroes: Nekomune, a large-breasted catgirl. Also,on the villian side, I had Ito Nobunaga, an anime otaku bent on world domination. He thinks he's a descendant of the famous swordsman . . . and didn't realize that Japanese family names come first.
2. I tried again with CO; this time I was going to create Koyomi from Yokuwakaru Gendimahou. It... didn't work. If there was a dress option, I couldn't find it. Female heroes must be dressed in skintight outfits; apparently it's a union rule. Not only that, but the breast size isn't very adaptable (she's, uh, got great eyes.) The result turned out wrong and too ugly to play, though I've not deleted her yet.

Of course, it takes a good four hours to really learn your way around the character generator, so most non-obsessives won't.

Anyway, I recreated her with help from j and Dr. Heinous, and I'm letting COH patch so I can get screen shots of them too.
