2 According to the artist, this is somebody named "Shimamura Uzuki" from Cinderella Girls. So Santa is moonlighting as an idol.

3 Not similar enough to Shimamu/Uzupaka. If you look at the canonical imagery, the eye cut on her eye is a bit wrong and the colors are off. That said, Uzuki isn't an easy type: not distinct enough.

6 Artist can't be "wrong". Could be careless, inept, not interested in anything but balloon boobs, exploitative. Or may have a bad day. Pixiv is full of poor illustrations, including Uzuki's.
