Mystery Meat -- Kagaku no Yatsura OVA

So I have no idea what the hell this is. ANN says its an inclusion with the latest volume of a manga, so let's take a look and...

HOLY SHIT LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THOSE THINGS!!! HOW CAN SHE EVEN WALK???

The first girl we see is a classic pettanko.

It's barely possible she's a cyborg. Her right hand may be replaceable, or that may have been a sight gag.

And then it gets gross. NSFW below the fold.

The second girl shows up riding on a manticore, of all things. She's wearing a jacket that's three sizes too small for her, and that's all she's wearing. (Well, she has shoes and socks, but those don't count.)

After she dismounts strange things start happening to her breasts, and third girl's voice is heard, and then the second one has an interesting enjoyable experience, ahem.

And it turns out that the third girl can become invisible.

And this was the point where I bagged it, about 5 minutes in. I'm not even curious.

7 What I was writing about was the manga, but yeah, this is probably it.  They're both geniuses and childhood friends of the guy.  Tits is an airhead geneticist, No-Tits is a tsundere roboticist.  (Sorry, I can't possibly dignify them with names).   I'm not sure what's with Invisi-girl, but I had a feeling that the manga was at the "introduce a new girl" point. 

And I am curious, in a sick, horrid, "watch-the-train-wreck" way.

8 When you originally posted about the manga, I checked on Amazon and mentioned that the fourth manga volume would include an OVA; this must be it.
