Which isn't as much fun as what the octopus did in the second Juuden-chan omake, I can tell you.
UPDATE: It occurs to me that this makes it sound like I'm making light of what happened to him. That wasn't my intention.
He is getting over a terrible kidney infection which landed him in the hospital. As to the octopus, you'll have to read his post to understand that.
