They DO have the Fleet of Fog in the game...

That's kind of a problem because of overlap, although the named ships in the Fleet of Fog tend towards heavy cruisers (e.g. Takao, Maya), battleships and battlecruisers (Kongou, Kirishima, Haruna), and submarines (I-400).
