Imposters

Ed Morrissey writes:

I’m not particularly exercised by it, although it did lead to an interesting Twitter exchange today between myself, Patterico, Steven Den Beste, Atrios, and a few others.

I've never been on Twitter in my life. I don't even know how to use it. If there is someone on Twitter using my name, it's an imposter.

This makes me nervous. Why would someone pretend to be me? What kinds of things have they been saying while wearing a mask of my face?

UPDATE: I've sent an email to Ed about this, and I posted a denial comment in that thread. I do hope Ed gets back to me fast on this; it's making me distinctly uncomfortable.

UPDATE: In comments, seems that Ed thought that a guy named "Steve Beste" was me.

1 Looks like Morrissey has you confused with this guy, FWIW.

Looks like you're right, and that makes me feel a whole lot better. (But that guy obviously isn't me; I still have all my hair.)
