So I just put in a $300 order with Bob. It's Friday night, so it won't get processed until next week. Mostly it's guilt buys: North American BDs of Samurai Girls, the Haruhi movie, the first Queen's Blade series (don't ask), and as much of DBKai as has been released so far.
The reason I was inspired to put in an order was to get a 1:1 model of HoiHoi-san.
Too bad it's not the version with the guns, but you take what you can get. Not a lot of work for her around here, though; I've never seen a cockroach in life except in a zoo. (Seriously; it was the Seattle zoo.)
We don't get them here. I've never seen a rat, either, though I'm sure they're around. Lots of kinds of vermin we don't see. And the Willamette Valley is one of the few places in North America where there are no poisonous snakes. There are rattlesnakes in Eastern Oregon, but there's a mountain range between them and us.
What we do have in plentitude is slugs, but they don't come in the house. So I don't expect HoiHoi-san to activate when she gets here.
...but you never know. If I wake up to the sound of gunfire (or sword slicing), I'll know what's happening.

Yeah, that's the one. But painting isn't really possible for me. (No where to do it. No paints in my possession. And so on.)
Ah, well, then I learn something. (Like trying to learn how to read.)
