Renders

This doesn't exist. Yet. And it's unlikely that it ever will.

But the renders are amazing; they really do look like photographs. Someone put a lot of work into that model.

What I want is for someone to take this sucker and create a map for a FPS out of it. Wouldn't you like to shoot up that master bedroom? Or have a running gun battle on the go-kart track? Chuck a satchel charge into the swimming pool? Or set yourself up as a sniper on top of the bridge? It seems like a natural for a PvP scenario!

UPDATE: Actually, it would make a pretty darned good single-player scenario, too. Hostage rescue mission!

I want to live in the world where this yacht is a real thing.  I'm not even sure I'd care if I got to play on it, I just want it to exist.

Snark time: "The idea was to recreate the circuit as a fully-functional kart track able to accommodate three karts side-by-side to allow for plenty of overtaking."  So, completely unlike the actual circuit, then.

Building it in reality would, of course, cost a scandalous amount of money.

But just creating that 3D model wasn't exactly cheap. I wonder who paid for it, and why?

5 I didn't watch the anime, so perhaps it could be a fun place, with their rules. In real life, however, tanks are uncomfortable in cities.

6 I agree it would make a perfect FPS map, but I disagree on "hostage rescue".  What this map screams to me is "stealth infiltration".  Sneak on board the ship, get to some place like the "penthouse" for the owner, get out.  Multiple options for how to do it:  do you go for ninja stealth?  Pass yourself off as one of the guests?  'Borrow' a uniform so you appear to be crew?

And of course, how successful you are at that?  Determines whether your exfiltration is an equally stealthy escape, or instead turns into a frantic running gun battle with security.

7 Pete, in GuP Miho is at her best in city fighting. That happens twice, and she wins one battle in a town (not really a city).
