So here's how I rate the shows I've watched this last week, from best to worst:
Fractale, Madoka Magica (tie)
Kore wa Zombie desu ka
Gosick
Infinite Stratos
Dragon Crisis
Rio Rainbow Gate
But Rio is the only one I probably won't continue watching. So as seasons have gone, this one has been especially good for me. I rarely end up with even three series I find interesting after the first week, and this time I've got six.

I'm still trying to find the other new series that I want to watch. Unfortunately I seem to be in permanent Punishment mode with Clearwire for running BitTorrent. If there were a decent alternative, I'd be there.

What, this isn't enough for you? Man, some people can't be pleased!
...no, I have no plans to watch any other shows, and I have considered and consciously and deliberately decided not to watched that particular one.

Having just downloaded and watched the first episode of Macademi Washoi, I'm struck by the similar notes in Dragon Crisis (Hyperdestructive non-human girl out of nowhere with little ability to talk latches on to our hero, and wants to stay in physical contact and in his bed, another girl who can't talk The main difference is the magical school).
I'm wondering if Girls who can only communicate by writing is becoming a rising trope. You've got Celty Sturluson in Durarara, (the first time I saw this), Suzuho in Macademi, Eu in Zombie. (There may be others, I'm thinking of one who only texts her friends.)

The Japanese name is 夢喰ã„メリー.
夢 yume means "dream".
å–° ku means eat or drink or "to receive a blow" (i.e. "to be struck") so it's possible that there's a pun here.

(She's from the dream world and stuck on earth, and wants to go back, while the villain wants to invade. She wants to stop him and force him to take her back, and our hero is the key because the villain is trying to come through HIS dreams.)
