I'm watching the first-ep previews rolling out, and this season is going to be the worst for me in a long time. At least in the summer season there were a couple of shows that I was vaguely interested in (Yoku Wakaru Gendai Mahou, for a while anyway, and Saki) but now that I've completely shed my integrity and honesty and dived naked into fansubbing, there is nothing coming by on the torrents that I have the slightest interest in.

Heaven's Lost Property was the only show that looked even slightly interesting, and that only because the girls are stacked. But just from looking at the frame grabs from the first episode I can tell that I want nothing to do with it.

And the other series I'm reading about, at least so far, fill me with a yawning, overwhelming, complete lack of interest. Emphasis on the "yawning".

It looks like the only new stuff I'm going to be downloading for the next few months will be Dragon Ball Kai, assuming SD&Taka get their act together and start releasing episodes again. Beggars can't be choosers, and no one is paying them to do all the work. I sure as hell am not. So I have no right to complain. But I can grumble a little. grumble grumble grumble...

Ep 26 is out as a raw, and they've only managed to release up to 24 with fansubs. And that only because they did a bunch of eps at once to try to catch up.

Starting week ain't over yet, and maybe a miracle will occur and some mysterious surprise series will pop up that looks worthwhile. Ubu was impressed with the first episode of this series, but it doesn't look sustainable and I'm not impressed with the premise. So that one ain't it, at least as far as I'm concerned.

God help me, am I going to have to start watching Inuyasha? Please, no, anything but that! (Well, anything besides the second season of Queen's Blade.)

UPDATE: There's no help for me here, either.

From looking at the frame grabs of Heaven's Lost Property I came to the conclusion that the magical girl is effectively Chi, except with wings, much bigger tits, and (hopefully) no extraordinarily-badly placed reset switch. But watching her following him around granting him his perverted wishes doesn't work for me.
