I've got one chambered for the 375 Holland & Holland cartridge. Tungsten-cored bullets are commercially available and will penetrate well over a yard of bone, and the recoil is comparable to the useless (against steel) shotguns used in the movies.
They'll probably do a number on zombie's too!
