Cheesecake -- Tenkomimi!

I know this will come as a shock to some of you, but there's more to life than catgirls. There are also fox girls, who are sometimes kitsune and sometimes tenko. And they're especially awesome if they have more than one tail! (Today's search term is "fox tail".)

"If you make a fool of yourself in front of a cat, he will sneer at you, if you are sober; he will leave the room if you are drunk. If you make a fool of yourself in front a dog, he will make a fool of himself, too.”-- Chuck Jones

A cat loves you for what you can give it. A dog loves you for what you are.

With a fox-head cutout instead of a cat-head cutout!

Daww... don't you feel like giving her a great big hug?

Cat tails aren't as cool. Doggie tails are big and fluffy.

1 And another advantage of this search term: no Idolmaster and no Kancolle!

2 Three Babymetal fans, too.

3 What the heck is "babymetal"? (You're getting that from how they're holding their hands?)

4 Yes, the hand gesture; it's their version of "throwing the horns" (I'm sure the gesture didn't originate with them, though).

They're a metal/idol band.  Whose latest album made the Top 40 album chart a couple weeks ago here in the USA... the first time a Japanese album did that since that "Sukiyaki" song back in the 60s.  Their cult following is... cultish.

Wonderduck mentioned them recently.

Looks like I can't escape from idols even when I try.

I've got a couple of other keywords queued up that I bet won't result in any idol influence, though.

6 The Babymetal hand thingy can be seen here in their latest video.  Don't worry, Steven, the song is essentially over at that point so the music won't annoy you.

7 Babymetal has an elaborate kitsune-based backstory, and the gesture is a fox's head.

8 They're also all doing the kitsune gesture on their TVTropes page pic, whichever you feel will cost fewer SAN points.

Not only did you avoid Idolmaster and Kancolle, you seem to have avoided every anime tenko I'm aware of.  I figured Yukikaze would make an appearance, but there's no green-eyed blonde.

Usually when I do these things I get enough candidates by going maybe 15 pages in, but this time I had to go about 30.

One reason was that there were a hell of a lot of pictures of one particular character I didn't want to include. One of the bad guys in Witch Craft Works (who did a heel-face turn) was a foxgirl, and she seems to be a fan-artist favorite.

10 The lead singer for Babymetal, Suzuka a.k.a. Su-Metal, also did the theme song for Zettai Karen Children, and to take this full circle....  Nope.  TVTropes failed me.  Got nuthin'.
