One of the interesting things about this picture is that only three of those people are actual natural-born humans, with mothers and fathers: Miura, Teana, and Hayate.
The others? Rein and Agito are unison devices. Agito was built in ancient Belka and stored (and lost) without being activated until she was discovered in an archeological dig about the time of Strikers. Rein was built by the Bureau for Hayate.
Shamal, Signum, and Vita are Wolkenritter, which Hayate gained from the Book of Darkness (and Zafira as well but he's not in the picture).
And Subaru and Nove are cyborgs.
A lot of really nice engineering in the picture!
