2 The first one is Yamato from *Kantai Collection*.  The one with the eyepatch is also from Kancolle, but I don't remember the name.

Of course, third from the bottom is Yuno from *Hidamari Sketch*, she of the rubber duckies.

Pete, I'm just grabbing images I find appealing. I'm not actively including specific shows or actively trying to exclude any either. IdolMaster and Kancolle dominate the fan art these days, so that's what comes up for me in image searches and that's what I pick.

I myself can't draw to save my life. I'm not even at the level of XKCD.

7 Gakuen Kino got her into a sailor suit and a school swimsuit, but it was still pretty mild cheesecake. Her boyish figure is, well, "boyish".

For motorcycle gals, I always wanted this figure.

8 Wonderduck, that's light cruiser Tenryuu. I think her eyepatch is supposed to represent her searchlight.
The one jumping over the tank is probably Kinuyo Nishi from Chi-Ha-Tan Academy in the Girls und Panzer movie.
