Catgirls for Obama

Seems Obama has made his website into a version of Daily Kos. For some insane reason, they've opened it up so that anyone who wants to can become a member and post a page.

I find myself tempted to go play. Maybe "Catgirls for Obama", or "Lolis for Obama". Or "Gundam Obama".

Nah, wouldn't be nice. (heh heh heh heh heh...)

1 Hey, McCain has been ignoring the catgirl vote throughout the primaries, I say Obama should take advantage of this. As a matter of fact, a strong anti-tentacle monster platform would bring in both the catgirls and the Lolis. He could then show show his strength on defense by committing to a crash course of giant robot development. All he would need at that point would be a promise of combat training for all nubile young schoolgirls and he would have the entire geek vote locked up.

2 Catgirls just weren't a viable target demographic during the primaries, since their attention spans are so short. It's much more effective to promise free catnip and goldfish the day before the election.

And Steven, if you want to blend into the crowd over at Obama's place, you should register "Eiken for Obama".

From what I've read, there actually is someone who checks each of those web pages before letting it through, though with the volume they've evidently gotten it's something of a cursory check. A page written pseudo-seriously with some sort of otaku in joke (e.g. Eiken, or Dokuro) might well get past them. "Catgirls" certainly wouldn't, though, especially if there was a picture.

But I'm not going to try it. Vandalism just isn't my thing.
