Aria -- Sappy lines are forbidden!

When Aika says the thing that they translate as "Sappy lines are forbidden!" I think what she's saying is hazukashii de aru kinshi. Is that right? The middle part is what I'm not completely clear on, since she says it so fast.

Hazukashii is an adjective meaning "ashamed, embarrassed". Kinshi means "prohibition/prohibit".

But the middle part, it sounds to me more like de eru, and I'm sure that's not right. I can't figure out what it is. Help me out here.

UPDATE: The center part definitely isn't de aru but I can't figure out what it is because she says it so fast. It's driving me nuts.

UPDATE: From commenters, it's hazukashii serifu kinshi. "serifu" means "speech, words, one's lines, remarks". So it means "Embarrassing speech (is) forbidden" with an implied copula.

1 I know somewhere in the series there's a time when Aika says her catchphrase when she's really tired, so it comes out slowly... I just can't find it!

2 Whatever it is, it starts with "s" and ends with "ru", so it's the infinitive of a verb.

3 The word you're looking for is "serifu", Steven.

4 As tellu541 says, the line is Hazukashii serifu kinshi. I remember that ADV translated that line as "Embarrasing phrases are prohibited" or something like that, and I guess my only problem with "Sappy lines are forbidden" is that 'sappy' seems to cheesy a word to use.

5 Serifu (台詞) is a good match in tone for kinshi (禁止), so I'll agree even without seeing the show.

As a side note, while it's a good rule of thumb that -ru words are verbs (and -i words are adjectives), there are plenty of exceptions, including... ducks! (ahiru)

7 Ducks are exceptions in so many ways.  You could say, in fact, that we're exceptional.

8 For some reason it reminded me of Mahoro's famous line, "Ecchi na no wa ikenai to omoimasu"...although I can't really explain why.
