Fate has "sonic form", which is kind of a wager. It increases her speed and power but reduces her defense. She's wagering that she can use speed and power to avoid attacks, so that she doesn't need protection. This time she lost the bet, because she got caught in an area attack.
And while we're at it, let's MCSA a couple of cyborgs!
(I got impatient and downloaded a raw. I'll make another post later when the sub shows up.)
