You gotta be kidding. 42 new anime series for the fall 2007 season?

UPDATE: Well, it's not actually 42 series. Some of them are specials or movies. But it's still a lot.

Going through that list: Mokke sounds like possibly a decent story, and it's got the cast I like. Bamboo Blade is probably crap, but I'll reserve final judgment. Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun is straight exploitation. It's either from an H-game or there will be one based on it.

Lots of people excited about Shana II and Clannad. And Ghost Hound is intriguing some. Nothing in there for me, though.

Shugo Chara is this season's attempt to melt the kawaii meter. Ye Gods.

Shion no Ou. The series concept repels me. But Kawasumi Ayako and Paku Romi! Oh, my... well, maybe it'll be OK.
